| Your words are a little off, but it doesn't matter that much, if you're going to have a word cross over the bounds of the bubble do the following:
1. under the "Layers" tab click the small "fx" button (on the left next to the chain)
2. Choose "Stroke"
3. make the stroke white and 3px wide. |

| Welcome to the team Cheese! As a fellow typesetter, let me just point out some things about your work (I may be being nitpicky, but it's better to know them now than never, right? ): >You should consider the situation of the characters more so you get an idea of how their voices sound. Shouting, screaming, whispering, normal.--Example on Page 29, "Eeek!? Why do..." has big font, italicized and bolded which makes it seems like he's screaming when they are supposed to be sneaking in (being big looks weird too). +Try to make the font size a lil smaller. Also, looking at the styles of the font in the RAW gives you an idea of how the text should look like. >Look at the RAWs for the text placement and as a reference.--Example on Page29 Panel3, "We may even..." should be placed on the lower right side of the bubble.+You didn't have access to the raws so it's ok xD (I haven't looked at the RAWS myself though, so it might be the other way around). >Try reducing the font size too. As a general rule, the text should not overcrowd the bubble. Also, the text should NEVER touch the bubble... unless the readability of the text is at stake(which does not happen in the test).--Example, Page30 Panel1 Bubble3. The "h" on "here" page30 goes all the way out of the bubble. --Crowding example, Page29 Panel1, "They already locked...". You could reduce the font a size a bit so there is more white space shown.>Diagonal shape for text is good, but shaping the text according to the bubble is much much better. I mean, a diamond shape on a big ass box looks weird right? Also, avoid the pyramid, cone, cone-on-top-of-pyramid shape and other irregular shapes. -- cone-on-top-of-pyramid shape Example, page30 Panel1 Bubble3. --Irregular examples, Page29 panel5 "Used to do this..."+I love the way you did Page29 Panel4 "Anyways, wait here..." That's how it's done, a boxy shape text for a boxy bubble. >This is just my preference but try to put SFXs in some kind of angle. Like tilting them to the sides so they are easily differentiated from the normal text. Also, don't put the *(asterisks) in. >Either use italics or italics + 545454 color for thought bubbles. It helps differentiate thoughts from normal conversations/speech.--Page31 panel4-5Last advice: Even though i feel like a hypocrite saying this(coz I suck being creative LOL), but try to be more creative in font choices. Well, this can be obtained through experience but... i'm just saying That's all there is I think? If I missed some, i'll add them later (Hmm... maybe we can use this as a reference to applying typesetters lol) Time for me to go back to work. Been slow typesetting Kamen, i got rusty at TSing X.X Enjoy your stay here! _________________ edit: changed the " >This is just my preference but try to put SFXs in some kind of angle. Like tilting them to the sides so they are easily differentiated from the normal text. Also, put the *(asterisks) in.
It should be DON'T put the asterisk in. lol. my bad.

| Well most of the tutorials on the net says to do the diamond shape... But i prefer to shape it by the bubbles. It looks better i think... Should've added "Preference" to the point above xD @cheesus Oh that's right we have a fixed font for speeches, but I don't think we have anything fixed for thoughts and SFX and texts outside the bubbles. So you still can use your creativity on those edit: diagonal --> diamond. lmao. I suck at spelling X.X

| Well if he gets on a project already in progress then we most likely have lists. If he's on lucky star, he can do w/e he wants with SFX and things lol.
Not sure what he's gotten assigned to o-o |
