| Hmmm.. I know this thread is old, but I'm a newb and not yet ready to sleep. >.>
I'm not sure if this is STILL a problem for you, but it seem's like a habit you've developed.. o_o Since you don't have trouble falling asleep. Your internal clock is out of whack, try breaking the cycle slowly. For example, instead of going to bed at 3 A.M, try doing so at 2 A.M and decrease the time every 2 days or so by 30 minutes, until you've reached a desired time. (make that your bedtime)
You also said that you don't "stay asleep" this is the tricky part. I don't know the circumstances (like it could be that you use the bathroom often, or you wake up at a specific hour everyday.etc) So I'd suggest that you adjust your sleep pattern and stick with it. |

| Lol thanks. but for now, I've been staying up 30-40 hours, then sleeping 10-20 hours. So yeah, AM and PM don't really make a difference now, unless I have to go somewhere. |
