okay april do you mind sending the psd instead of jpegs
like rue said your font are jagged
you probably typed it in a small font and resized it to fit which is bad... you need to type it in the right size if not it's jagged like that
but let me see the psd files first

hmm, no. She'd have had to rasterize it to get it jagged like that. If it was just changing the font size it'd be fine o_o.
