the tire needs some work.
if you look at the car from the other side you can see the general shape the lines should have
IMO: you put the pages too close together, but I do that all the time too :/
You can clearly see the duplication in the shirt
black suit guy's right foot, see my image and compare.

However, everything else was good

the actual image aint like that though some reason it turned out like that after uploading

through you have to know that most images WILL be resized after uploading it to any manga viewing site and THAT pattern will shatter.... after using topaz denoise - witch makes a lot of patterns ... some kind of smoothing is needed.... lately i use topaz clean 3.... but the best way to avoid patternization is to not use topaz at all ... like Haru did.... through that's a bit time consuming... =^^=

I never had denoiser when i was cleaning GTO now Kolo cleaned it, im just a bystander now =(

Lol it's hard to get the hang of, but it might help you with redrawing the lines, or just use the pen tool in photoshop, make a line to trace and then use the brush tool to paint the line
