my advice to you, if you dont look like an asian person than head straight over to japan, the girls there will fall for you. Me being latino/indian (asian indian) really caught the eyes of the girls to the school i went to. The girl whose house i stayed at was very beautiful and good looking and she started to get very close to me. Even after leaving her house to go to kyoto she asks me if i wanted to go out with her when i came back to tokyo 1 week later but i had to say no cuz i already had a girlfriend. i hope she understood but i did invite her to disneyland when i went with my friends and i could see even after saying no to her she was still into as she would sit cling on to me and sit next to me in everyride we went. i couldnt even talk to my best friend cuz she kept talking to me. but she was really cute and nice. why the fuck have i been going on about this? Sorry but this didnt just happen to me, my white friends also got approached by a lot of girls there. a classic example is another friend from my school who is 2 years older than me came to japan in the beginning of january to be a tutor at this school and he got a fucking japanese gal in just a week after arriving there. When i went to stay at his apartment in tokyo they had already settled in even though it had been less than a month since they met. Well i hope you get the point. Im not saying asian guys cant get the girls there but after being there for 3 weeks i can say being a race other than asain really gives you a boost.

hmm it depends if you like girls who are not really stuck up or snobbish they will be nice to you so you should get to know them more don't judge her just by her appearence if not you'll really be a loner. Talk and see if your feeling for her is real or is it just some kind of ifatuation. Start by being her friend and then slowly let her know your feelings cuz' if you just go and confess to her there is a 99.9% chance she'll say no because she might think you are not being serious (: (i hope i don't sound rude or anything but this is what i feel is best IMO)

Also, I'm assuming you don't live in Japan so the confessing to a person you don't even know is just creepy and will really backfire on you, if I assumed incorrectly then go ahead and see what happens. I think you should get to know them first, you know, as friends? Then try to build an intimate relationship without being too pushy and ruining it, not being some weird overly jealous stalker. If you've been lonely up to now there's probably a reason for it and really, judging by your post your not entirely in this for a selfless, looking for love reason, which in itself is doomed for disaster. Getting a girlfriend for not being lonely is not the reason to seek companionship. I applaud you for your...ummm..enthusiasm?

But I agree on the loneliness part. You do not want to get into a relationship just to fight loneliness. Dude, you are so lucky! You're not tied down by anyone, go out and explore yourself and the world! Go try different sports, games, experiences etc. And odds are, not only will you have a hell of a blast of a time, make good friends, but also find someone who has common interests. And yea, you're young, not an old timer like Tran and me

And hey, if you really get stressed out about it, there's always a good game of paintball to de-stress. OR whatever, just something physical......................not what rue said though.....
