Okay... so I've been wondering for a while now... also probably most of the things im saying was mentioned before

First, ever since the the first semi-war with sentousha we used the chat box for IMs
Maybe we should use the chatbox too so it would be easier to communicate instead of posting on the forums
Idk how u made the chatbox Tran but it looks like it was using up ur email space
If u want I can give u a small list of proxy emails I never used (used it for points in lockerz lol)
Another option is like using an already existing chatbox like chatango

Second, preferably to xscansx group members, I think we should delete the "Work In Progress" Section
OR keep if we are at least adding another section to future projects.
"Work In Progress" can be referred to either cleaning and typesetting causing confusion and it also can be the same as "Clean Works" section.
Maybe we can add another section called "Typesetting Progress" or something similar along the lines.

Third, I agree using an online reader...

im with you man in the type section, I use the work in progress to updates the status about the typo, but now th section was combined in claning and typo progress.

and another thing, I'd say even if we don't have a chatbox, wouldn't a list of people's MSNs or something suffice? Or is that too personal lol.

I also have a chat page/program thingy on my site, but idk take a look. It can create chat rooms(named, separate ones), anyone can join, you can set a user limit on the rooms, and its from durarara!! so its cool. but still, up to you. A simple chat box like the one rakan posted up would work.
