for guy - tryout the guys from Pandora Hearts. like maybe Oz or Break.
for gal - Eko from Eko to Issho or some girl from Vampire Knight.

I cosplayed as a fail megane Kaname when I was.. 12.. Wow.. 12.. I was a super midget, I definitely ruined Kaname so badly. Oz and Break is already taken by a cosplay group I'm going with in Sakuracon ;A; good suggestions though

Plug suit? Well I do know a few halo cosplayers, a material name bondo, I can ask my friend for more info though--its light weight and pretty good
