Hi there! my name is Tran Linh. I'm the main translator from XscansX.forummotion.com, at the moment we are doing Higanjima and Undedog..We want to do joint project with you guys, expecially Suicide Island. About one month ago, we wanted to take over Suicde Island when the other group gave up on it. But you guys were faster (T.T). Still some members of us want to do it anyways (including me, the translator too ). I like your work, its in good quality and your pace is steady, but since the manga already reaches chapter 46, in order to finish it faster, would you please let us help you with the releases? We will also advertise the manga with our fans as well . I think both groups will benefit from this, so...if you are interested, send me back a reply. I have plans for the joint project and will help as much as we can.

Well... i would gladly do a joint to speed up this series... cause i do really like it =^^= ... I've already translated chapter 09 and almost finished typesetting it, plus i'm almost done with translating chapter 10 witch is the last chapter in 1 volume so this two chapters will go on Death Toll's pool... but starting with volume 2 - chapter 11 and so on we can surely do a joint... so you can start to translate from chapter 11 if you want to... best method is to update one another on the progress of translation so that we can swap chapters being translated - of course if u want to... i see it like this...: for example i'm translating chapter 10 right now and you are starting to translate chapter 11 in the same time.... the person who finishes first goes to the chapter 12 and send's update (eg email) with translation of finished chapter... the same goes to the other translator... when chapter is finished we send email with status update and compleate/ skeletal translation - ( by skeletal i mean rough translation without corrections - i like to correct myself several times =^^= - witch i update usually while QCing ) - Typesetting and part of redrawing would be left in full to your team, - my team can do cleaning and the other part of redrawing ( unless your guys really want to ;p) I can provide raws ( again unless you can get your hands on the better ones)... other condition is for me to do QC of all the chapters that we are doing in a joint

After finishing particular chapter with QC and all... we send each other the ready-for-release rar file with set timeline for relese - eg: "Suicide_Island_v02_c12[DeathToll-XscansX].rar Release at 20.10.2010 at 19:00 GMT+0" and then we release it at specified time - or somewhere close to it.

also I usually add my translations on MangaHelpers http://mangahelpers.com/t/uruner/ and chapter 09 is currently there...

CM - Just adjusted the authority level there, you should be able to post there now.

@Uruner: fancy seeing you here I have some thoughts on your conditions:

1. The joint project starts from vol 2. Agree.

2. Translation order: XscansX takes the even number: 12,14,16,18....Death Toll take the odd number 11,13,15,17...and so on. That way we won't have to collide with each other. (Since it will be much trouble know each others progress, and I guarantee you that translation will never be late with me, you have my word on this, I will have vol 2 chapter 12 tranlated in the next couple hours and send it to you via email or you can get it in this forum's Translator's den), oh, I don't know if you want sfx translated or just the bubble?

3. Raw? We will take on your offer. Just send us all the raw you have. Even the first volume's raw.

4. Typesetting can be left for my team. They are no double the right men for the job.

5. Cleaning, your team or our team (I will ask our team first, give us a couple of days). And how to get your cleaned chapters?

5. QC, your team, I agree.

6. Releasing pace of the team. I have to ask your team's pace since we don't know when will its our turn to submit the releases or how many day we will have to typesett/edit/ clean the chapters?

7. Releasing time, uploading to mangahelpers or mangafox, actually we have no problem being Death Toll or XscansX upload them. If you want, you can do it all.

8. Credit page is another matter we have to talk about. I suggest we get a new credit page so we can put the two teams into the credit page.
