does anybody knew Rai Thunder Jet?
it's a really old anime, i watched about 13 years ago..
its really cool anime, for me..
the setting is sengoku time but in space. two major kingdom fight for supremacy of space..they use space battleship with with armament equal to ww II.
the hero is rai, just a common foot soldier who rise to the position warlord..
the manga is created by johji manabe sensei..
i've been trying to find it, so far nothing...
so anybody ever heard of it?

johji manabe created my favourite manga and ova Outlanders, I've heard of rai thunder jet. i also believe that he made some of the best mangas in the 80's I love his art style and story. Look up outlanders if you havent already, its the best ova and manga ever lol such a classic

i have read outlanders. yup you'r right. it's an awesome manga!! but i've never seen the ova

it's kindda hard to search for johji manabe manga (one that alredy translate), rai thunder jet once realese in my country, but only 4 volume.. the rest is never resurface..

Not quite, but it was really good and the art was really mindblowing back then.

one of my friend send it first eps to me about three weeks ago, because i've been so busy lately, forgot to contact the guy.. now the bastard have gone MIA!! ussualy the guy gone for two or three weeks.. no way to reach him.. the only thing to do just sit back and wait for him to contact me first, while praying the bastard don't die out there.....
