I read on your recruitment page that you are looking for new proofreaders. Since I am a proofing addict and grammar nazi currently working at Death Toll Scans, I was hoping to get some work here. My method of proofing is as follows:
1. I download the translation and the raws for a chapter onto my PC where I can compare the translation to the raws while I proofread the translation.
2. All changes I make to a translation will be in red immediately below the translated text.
3. On each page, panels of text are separated from each other by a long red line, text bubbles within a panel are separated by an empty line. I use two long red lines to separate one page from another.
4. My finished proof is available as a download attachment to a message I post.

I devised this format in order to make the typesetter's job easier.

I don't know if I've read anything from Death Toll, so I can't say I've seen what you can do. I suppose I should go over there...

I've done the proofreading test and I've saved it in Rich Text Format. How or where on this site can I attach it to a post? Or, as an alternative, where can I e-mail it to?

Hello I'm crazy4cheddar I have an eye for grammar and can spot all grammatical errors. I can work quickly and effectively and have lots of time on my hands. My first language is english. I know a tiny bit of french and have a love for both literature and manga.
