Here's some info: this chapter 3 was done about 2 months ago. However, due to the quality of the raw and lack of staff, we've moved pretty slowly. Regardless, with the addition of new members (who are sadists), we've finally gotten to a point that we can actually release the chapter.

Still we are, as always, in need of help.
