Yo! I'm interested about being a Cleaner though I'm still a beginner. I can do a bit of type-setting. I don't use Photoshop. I use GIMP instead.. ^^"a Photoshop isn't working in our PC.. I can do the editing.. but I'm kinda newbie on it.... ==" Well,.. to be honest.. I don't know the re-drawing thingy.. but maybe i can do it~ OwO;;

Ew. Gimp. Most of us use Photoshop because the filters and crap don't work with GIMP. Even photoshop 7 works with filters. lol;;
I'll leave it up to an admin whether or not to give you a test. In the meantime, try to find a working copy of photoshop

layer rasterize when passing from gimp to PS, problem of compatibility. i think it's really better if you're able to work on PS, we can provide you link if you want but like rue said PS 7 work just fine and is free.
