Also, are the raws for this series bad? Usually you don't denoise or filter a tank scan since it makes it look worse.

well, I'm not sure about cleaning things, since I'm a translator :X, that part belongs to our cleaner. And it's not like I have a choice to go with how other team members do. They have contributed their time doing this free for all of us, actually. But yeah, I might ask the cleaners to see if we can improve the quality? (so the current quality is that bad?)

It looks bad right now. It was better when Sense cleaned it, so check out the first volume.

Tran, what he means is that they use Topaz so much that it gets rid of the textures. It makes for easier redrawing, but decreases the quality overall.
