| Ill give you as much detail as possible
its a anime about a girl being hospitalized due to a serious condition, a roomate begins to like her and they become friends. Later on the girl has a choice about a surgery that could save her life but the risk is very high for death.
its also only a 6 episode anime, i didn't want to give you to much info on the plot so people don't get a spoiler, thanks |

| while your it go watch Iriya no Sora, UFO no Natsu if you haven't already, i also recommend saikano since there in the same catagory |

| I loved saikano because it was a unique and bittersweet story it also has a manga which I own. |
