after you are done please post the results back here, Our spammers will point out mistakes and help you improve. Fix those mistakes and Demon will look at the result as your final judge to pass you

First picture:
Everything looks fine besides the hand(which is hard to do I admit), and the bubble containing the "?".
It's a but jagged at the top. Not hard to fix, just a minor detail. Overall, good work.(His shoulder could have been beefier, but it's alright).

Second picture:
Good job on the action lines.
The guy's suit is a bit blurry, same with his face. But that's just practice with the clone tool.
The flames are pretty erm... artistic.
Anyways, overall. Good performance.

Wait for Uuuhhh's advice/CnC. He's a more experienced cleaner than I am. Good luck!

okay since i'm usually a typeset i can't really give much feedback than this

it looks really good on my eyes unless you really really picky about it =p (well atleast i'm not)
there small details that can be refined but overall it looks really good
altho don't stick with using the clone too much try to get comfortable with other tools as well
example page2 with flames could use some blur not too much but when you zoom in to 1.5 the image size you can totally tell where it was cloned over and over again

it's really good =p but i'm not your final judge xD
i'm just the one who hands the test xD

hmmm.... ill point out the major and minor issues
the minor issues isnt necessary because it isnt too noticeable, but you can change it to look better
also sry for this hard critique, but overall you did good
(this is going to be based off of the two images I see)

1.first split
major:
-the hand and knife area needs to be redrawn (looks like its cut off)
-the area above the question mark looks off (try using the left side to redraw that section, the black lines pointing down)
-the bottom area needs to blend in (just use the left or right side and clone it to blend in)
-image needs to be resized (a bit too small for a double page, maybe something like 1400x2200)(CTRL+ALT+I)

minor:
-crop out the white area on the bottom
-blend in the top area more, smudges are slightly present

2.second split
major:
-the top where the sfx used to be needs to be redrawn better (hint:not everywhere needs to be redrawn, just make it look natural and redrawing slower might help too)
-the man's leg needs to be redrawn (kinda cut off)
-from mid to bottom section needs to blend in better (some reason I can see a faint line?)
-resized (like the first split)

minor:
-lines on the bottom can blend in better

EDIT: I think photobucket resized it, nvm bout the resizing for both splits

rue and uuuhhh pretty much pointed out everything, I guess...
The redrawn hand and shoulder look weird on 1st picture (I can't see your mediafire pictures, so don't mind me if it's all better already). On 2nd picture, the wall on the left needs to be redrawn as well (just the part which is completely white)

And if you can't redraw flames really well, maybe you shoud give the spot healing brush tool a try ^^

And don't worry, you did well ^^

I'm a cleaner here too [and a noob lol]
I haven't given any CnC before as i am not very good myself but i'll just point out what i think can be better xD

1st image :
you can work on the top board thingy [it is abit smudgy] but it is not really necessary as it won't be that obvious and the ? area looks abit too smudged too for that area maybe you can try changing the size of your brush to a slightly bigger one and clone from areas that you think might fit that particular area. Other than that it's awesome xD

2nd image:
The action line can be worked on there are some faint lines but it's cool as it ain't very obvious and as uuuhhh mentioned you need to blend in the middle section more maybe you can try by leaving a space between the images and redrawing that will make every thing look natural. Then the guy's leg can also be worked on you can clone his shoe As for the flames they look good however the fact that you cloned it can be seen for that you can either use a larger brush or as Yuki mentioned using the healing brush tool and as Uuuhhh mentioned not all of needs to be redrawed xD just a little here and there to make it look natural.

Overall it's all good xD So much better than me lol i did the same test and it was hell for me hahaha gambatte! xD

oh, welcome to the group then, here are some projects we are in need of cleaner now. What's your pick:
1. Higanjima (urgent need!)
2. Ibitsu
3. Lucky Star
and/ or
Ushiro no Shindere san

Don't give him Ushiro, it's magazine raws. Meaning annoying quality and harder cleaning.

Higanjima (Become the main cleaner)
Ibitsu (Become the main cleaner)
Lucky Star(Become the 2nd cleaner, 1 chapter a week, they're like 5-6 pages.)

nope, we don't know about it. And it's his choice to do. If he's new then he could learn a lot from cleaning magazine raw...(btw, I need a team specialize in cleaning magazine raw for some incoming projects...)
and Higanjima need cleaner and typesetter.
Parallax and Nico. is doing a damn good job but we want to increase the popularity for it. It will be two main cleaners if Baw takes on it. (which I hope so since Nico. typesetting is quite fast)
