Was told to make a topic here to introduce myself so...

I've been interested in Japanese culture since I was a little boy taking origami classes at the local public library but I never tried to study the language until college. I am currently living and working in Japan as an English teacher (I see I'm not the only one... ).

I'm hoping to improve my Japanese (and writing in general) through translating. Not sure what project I'll be put on but I'm ready for anything.

This will be my first time translating but you guys seem like a nice group. I look forward to working with everyone!

Coke: this teach has a lot of down time at work because his employers don't seem to know what to do with him. He also hopes he doesn't get fired for translating manga at work.
